What is invisible orthodontics with aligners?
Invisible orthodontics is a system based on transparent aligners custom-made for you. Instead of braces and wires, we use a series of almost invisible trays that you change every two weeks. Each aligner moves your teeth gently and progressively until they reach their ideal position. The final result is the same as with traditional orthodontics, or better, but without anyone knowing you’re wearing anything. In fact, most patients tell us their friends and colleagues didn’t realise until they saw the final result.

Practically anyone, with no age limit. Aligners correct all kinds of malocclusions, both mild and severe. The only requirement is to have good oral health before starting, something we assess at the first visit. It’s especially recommended for adults who don’t want to go through braces, for patients with sensitivity or periodontal problems —since the forces the aligners apply are very gentle— and for people who, because of work or distance, need to space out their visits to the clinic.

What is the process like?
The treatment is simpler than it seems. We tell you exactly what happens from the moment you call us:
- First visit and assessment. We analyse your oral health and study whether aligners are the best option for you. If there’s anything to correct before starting —such as a cleaning or some prior treatment— we tell you with complete clarity. No beating about the bush.
- Complete orthodontic study. We carry out X-rays, intraoral photographs and a digital scan of your mouth. With all that information we design your treatment and show you a simulation of how your smile will look at the end. Yes, before starting you can already see the expected result.
- Manufacturing your aligners. We send all the records so your personalised aligners can be made. Each one is designed specifically for your mouth and for each phase of the tooth movement.
- Delivery and getting started. When we receive your aligners at the clinic we hand them over and explain everything you need to know: how many hours a day to wear them, when to switch to the next one and how to clean them. From here the treatment progresses very independently.
- Spaced-out follow-up. One of the great advantages of aligners is that you don’t need to come to the clinic every few weeks. Once we confirm you’re managing the treatment well, we give you several aligners in advance and the check-ups are spaced out to every three or four months. Ideal if you have a busy schedule or live outside Valencia.
- Final result and retention. Once your teeth have reached their ideal position, we fit a retainer so the result lasts in the long term. Your new smile is here to stay.

Can anyone have invisible orthodontics?
In most cases yes, and with no age limit. Invisible orthodontics is suitable for adults, teenagers and children as long as there is good oral health before starting. If there's any prior treatment to sort out —such as a cleaning or a cavity— we do that first and get going once your mouth is ready. At your first visit we tell you clearly whether you're a candidate.
How many hours a day do the aligners need to be worn?
For the treatment to work properly they need to be worn between 20 and 22 hours a day. We only take them out to eat, drink anything other than water and brush our teeth. The rest of the time they stay in, although they're barely noticeable.
How much does invisible orthodontics cost in Valencia?
The price depends on the complexity of the case and the length of the treatment. At your first visit we give you a detailed quote before starting. No surprises, no small print.
How long does the treatment last?
It depends on each case. Some treatments are resolved in a few months and others take more than a year. At the initial assessment we give you a realistic estimate of the time your particular case needs.
Do the aligners work the same as braces?
